I’ve always baked as my mom taught me when I was a teenager…

In 2018 a friend bought me a class for decorating royal icing cookies for my birthday. One class and I was hooked! Making flavors and not just cookies that look good but taste great is most important to me.

I love being a small part of different parties and special occasions. Aside from the royal icing cookies, I make biscotti and many different types of regular cookies i.e., chocolate chip, lemon and just about any kind of drop cookie.
